In my school of photography this is one of the only times when it is acceptable to use a flash (evening/nighttime, outdoors, nothing to catch the harsh shadows). (Hollywood, CA)

I believe in not catching anything "harsh", but then again isn't snapping a photo of a woman with her mouth dropped open kinda harsh? I think I know this girl, and she's much cuter in real life.
