Wow - You three look like you walked right out of a James Bond movie (one of the better ones). Looking sharp!

2008-11-29 007 Observing our Thanksgiving tradition (making one British and one hard-core rap song).  Can anyone guess A) what that thing in the upper right hand corner is being used for, and B) what it's made of? (Seattle, WA)

Is it a microphone pop guard made from a roll of tape and a Karate Kid head band?

Blogger Tom

It is - how did you know it was a Karate Kid headband? Did I show that to you before? I guess it's on my blog in other places.

Is that an Edirol controller on the tier below the laptop? I've been thinking about selling my Keystation 88 to get the smaller (and better appointed) Axiom. Among other things the drum pads on the Axiom can also be used as continuous pressure controllers (i.e. you can wiggle your finger on them to control vibrato or whatever) and the keyboard has monophonic aftertouch as well (can be used for the same purpose). When do we get to hear the tracks?

An empty dream is a concert unfulfilled . . .

Bored during intermission? You need to teach me how to post from my phone.

I'm conflicted about posting from my phone, where I can only post
small pictures. This one is a robot vacuum cleaner (thanks, the
future). (Seattle, WA)
Blogger Jenni

I *need* one of those phones. And one of the those robots.
